The Hot Dip Galvanized Electrical Power Steel Tubular Pole plays an
important role in electrical power transmission and distribution

tubular pole, our company design and produce many kinds of steel
tubular pole for the power transmission and distribution system.
Besides, our electrical steel tubular pole have been tested and
approved by the Transmission Pole Tower Testing Station.
Manufacturing:
Raw material: Q235 or Q345 in China. We get the raw material
checked in our lab test room. Silicon less than2%. We have carbon
and sulfur analyzer to check the elements of the steel sheet. We'll
return the steel if they are unqualified. So in this way, we can
control the quality of the steel poles from the first beginning.
Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including
bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears
machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All
insure us to produce steel poles with the best quality.
After the fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming,
automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before
galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally we
get poles checked according to client's requirements.
Package&Shipping:
Normally substation structure are wraped by plastical bags or
burlap cloth at the top and bottom, or according to clients
requirement.
* Covered by Plastic Wrap or Mat or according to client's requests.
* The Loading Pcs of Each Container could be calculated according
to client's specification and data.
Our poles as normal are covered by Mat or straw bale at the top and
bottom and woods between the poles can avoid the damage of the
galvanization on the surface of steel poles, anyway also we can
follow clients required , The loading capacity of 20GP 40HC or
OT/FR will be calculated basing on the clients’ actual
specification and data.
